Get your game on with this fun, action-packed afternoon! Learn and play many variations of DODGEBALL -the classic court game. We will mix and match teams throughout the party. Prepare to have a blast while developing coordination, agility and quickness through jumping, catching, throwing and dodging!
All this activity will surely make us hungry, so we will finish up the afternoon with some pizza, drinks, and a delicious cold treat!
We will use soft, elementary-age appropriate Dodge Balls. Safety and injury prevention will be taught and reinforced. Students should dress appropriately for this active class - comfortable clothing and athletic shoes, cross-trainers are recommended.
This session will be coached by Stacey Friesen, Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist, with an additional coach.
